    Great food! Can’t wait for paleo!

    2 rope climbs for me with feet
    15 225# squats
    For 3 rounds
    Time: 14:26

  1. Food WOD: 1 round +1 egg muffin and some more fruit. I would’ve had more, but i had to wait for everybody to get through their first round.

    Did the trainers WOD at 8 am with bodyweight squats (185#)

    Coach’s WOD with Tony, Tom, Joey, and Mitch

    3 rds for time

    10 HSPU
    2 Rope climbs (no feet)
    15 body weight squats (195)

    12:03 but had to use my feet on the rope climbs after first round. Good workout, great time watching the 9 am group which was huge, and a great breakfast after it all. Way to go UTC peeps lets keep this thing rolling strong.
