For time start with 400 m run then do:
3 rounds
5 hspu
10 squat cleans 135/95
15 pull ups
then end with a 400 m run

My squat cleans did not look like Monique’s or Garrett’s, gotta go lower. My band pullups involved quite a bit of jumping by the last round.
