Deadlift-3 reps on the minute for 12 min. @ 75-80% of your 1 rep max.

Wod:
Perform 120 Kb swings 53/35 for time. At the start of every min,run to the street and back before continuing with the swings.

Advanced
3 rounds of:
800 m run
55 lb dumbell squat clean 30 reps
burpee. 30 reps
