    Fran – 9:31 with 65 lb thrusters and band pullups. Slower than last time but more weight and full range squats.

    Why is Fran soooo tiring! I was a full minute and 16 seconds slower than my last attempt in early March, but that was with jumping pull ups, so I am getting closer to that rx! Getting close to doing pull ups with out the band…finally.

    Strong on the thrusters. However, the palms in dynamic on the pull ups left me slightly humbled. Grip is shot!

    Those thrusters were heavy. Def room for improvement on my 2nd round. Last round all unbroken.
