    1 round tabata squats = 20 minmum
    4 Min. of muscle ups = 18
    3 min rest
    1 round tabata squates = 16 minimum
    4 Min. bar muscle ups = 15

      I think it was 44:somethin’ – to be honest I was more worried about finishing this workout alive. Didn’t go as rxd because I pulled something in my shoulder, but completed the WOD, thats all I can ask.

    30 Ground to Overhead (Snatch 65#)/ 30 Pullups (w. thin band)

    It was those darn pull ups that got us, the rips on the hands havent heeled yet so pull ups were not fun. Thanks Kena for being my partner!!!

    ps Great job Wilma on pulling through and finishiing, you’re rips are worse than mine…OUCH!
