Apparently the “Cornies” think they’re getting a bad rap….check out this news article about an attempt to change the name “High-Fructose Corn Syrup” into the much less threatening “Corn Sugar”.  Check it:

      ps New name or not, I still wont eat HFCS or “corn sugar”. “Modified” anything from nature and it’s nolonger natural.

    I was with Lani, Kena and Tony this morning! These two girls kick butt! The modification to the WOD really pushed me. My legs are shot and it feels great!

    20 Knees to elbow (I only was able to get a couple each round then the rest were knee raises)
    10 Double unders (never got more than two consecutively, got to work on these)

    21 DB snatch right arm (20lbs)
    2 Cindys (w/ band pull ups)
    21 DB snatch left arm (20lbs)
    1 Mary (pike HDPUs, pistols on med ball, band pull ups)
