      Don’t forget the wedge on the hspu, but next time you can take it out and go down further. Your strength is progressing. Regardless, once you started going you killed it! Nice work.

    Did this one at work

    1 burpee pullup
    2 kb swings at 53#

    2 burpee pullup
    4 kb swings

    and so on all the way to 10 burpee pullups and 20 swings and then back down to 1 burpee pullup and 2 swings.

    24:09, had to do this one by myself. I probably coould have had a better time if I had someone to chase.

    I was at work, so I tried the best I could.I made it to 185 never got to pullups or pushups do to an ems run. Later, in the evening started all over, and made 236 rxd. Its hard to push yourself when no ones around though:(
