WOD was after 1 hour warmup of UTC official warm up, then suicide sprints x 4, floor ladder high leg runs x 3, backward bear crawls x 3, partner wheelbarrows, partner pushups, partner crawl under and jump over (Tony wanted to do partner front squats?!), I was odd man out on some of the partner stuff so I did ring push ups and ring pull unders. I did the crawl under and over jump with Scott.
Oh, I forgot to mention that every time you put the bar down you had to do 3 burpees. After the first 40 cleans, I put the bar down, did the burpees, 10 more cleans, burpees, etc. to 100, so that means I did about 18 burpees with the power cleans.
What a super Saturday at UTC!!!! Thanks, Tony, Yvette, and everybody!!! Now I know what it feels like to play Varsity!
I’m so glad you joined girl!! Your form was great! Your so much further than how I was when I started. It took me forever to understand the proper form and technique. Keep it up!
p.s. I didnt get to watch everyone, but gotta give props to Heather and my sistah Kena, you ladies have mad heart and a never give up mentality. My hats off to you and everyone today, this wod made me wanna give up, but everyone’s fighting spirit was so infectious. Good job to all, have a great rest day!

Awe! Thx girl! you both rocked it! I’m so thankful we have such great instructors and all the member’s in our classes help push each other. Honestly, in a different atmosphere other than the one UTC creates….I think giving up would be much easier, at least for me. haha! It’s always a pleasure getting to work out with you girlys.
