    Now that’s the way to warm you up on a hot Monday!
    Time 20:17 first two sets at 69# had to scale the rest to 45#. Thrusters were killers!

    Did these new movements with PVC, hopefully will graduate to weight soon so I can see what I can really do.

    Finished 6 rounds with jumping pull ups in just under 18 min.
