Complete seven rounds for time of:

  • 3 power cleans @ 70% of one rep max
  • 7 vertical jumps (12″)

Mark a spot on the wall 12″ above your highest reach (a piece of masking tape works good for this). Stand alongside the wall (not facing the wall) and jump up and touch the mark. The jump does not count if you do not touch the tape. Scale to 6″ if neccesary.  (CFOW)
