WOD

5 X 3min Rounds with 2 min rests between.

Each movement consists of one minute:

  • SDHP
  • OHS
  • Thrusters

All exercises are done with an empty bar (20kg).  Each repetition is counted and totalled at the end of each round.  The total for your lowest round is your score.

    68,68,68,68,73. RXD, final score is 68. Great wod, very hard. Shoulders and legs are hurting today. Thanks for the help Joe!!!

    Strill sore from this one…

    Score was 70

    Did 85,85,70,71,71…

    Almost killed myself trying to hit 85 on the 2nd round and fell apart on the third. Should have tried for 75 to 80 per round…
