135 lb Front squats
Deadlift 225, 245, 265, 295, 315, 335, 365 X 3, then 375 X 2 New PR at 375lbs and I got on the board for 2.03 or double my weight! Stoked!
Cleans 95, 95, 95, 115, 115, 135, 155, PR on cleans as well. Good strong day, but my legs are fried!
By the way, thanks Joe for training us today. You did a great job!!!!!
