    Wed morning came in and did strength training.

    135 lb Front squats

    Deadlift 225, 245, 265, 295, 315, 335, 365 X 3, then 375 X 2 New PR at 375lbs and I got on the board for 2.03 or double my weight! Stoked!

    Cleans 95, 95, 95, 115, 115, 135, 155, PR on cleans as well. Good strong day, but my legs are fried!

    Thursday evening, didn’t miss any classes this week but came in this evening and did 8 rounds of Sled pulls 115lbs. 60 yards each.
