    I only did 65 lbs because i cannot do more weight with OHS.

    AMR 15 Min.: 4 RDS + 3 PS + 5 push press + 2 OH Squats.

    Need work on my OH Squats, the weight for the rest of the workout seemed too light, but couldn’t do more on those things!

    EFFFFF this damn WOD lol… It felt like I did about 10 extra Power Snatches. Oh wait, I did!! Dang Overhead squats
