50 pound dumbbell Thruster, 15 reps  (55/35)    (gym only has 55)
30 GHD situps   (sub the GHD with butterfly sit ups. Back must get vertical.)

    WOD 15 Thrusters 20 lb dumbbell, 30 butterfly situps – 3 rounds at 9:08. Warm up carrying the big water pole (I don’t know the “official” name for it). Great class – Great energy! Nice having Tony join us for the pain/gain!!

    12:18. Took me a while because I had a really hard time doing the Thrusters at 55lbd. I could only do 3 at a time.
