hey bro, we scaled up to 55#……good job.
WOD 15 Thrusters 20 lb dumbbell, 30 butterfly situps – 3 rounds at 9:08. Warm up carrying the big water pole (I don’t know the “official” name for it). Great class – Great energy! Nice having Tony join us for the pain/gain!!
PS: Warm down with Tony leading yoga. Got my money’s worth today
