I dont like sprints, but I do enjoy the rewarding feeling when I am able to finish something I am not good at, so thanks for the motivating workout!

I really hate running but I know I need to. Blew my WOD in the beginning, ran 2 fast & couldnt keep up the last few rounds! Push ups 2 min max… Thx Norm for doin the pushups with us such a team player!

Hurt my left leg last week from missing the last step coming down my stairs at home. Couldn’t extend my legs for a full sprint without the sharp pain. Gave 80%. Never made it back to my cone.

6 fouls but I won every sprint, my first sprint was extremely far.
Also did 20 reps for strength 135 lbs back squats in the morning.
