    WOD 26:34 using pvc for snatch balance.

    Wod 14:41 not RXD, Tony showed me not getting low enough on the snatch balance, caught red handed, humbiling as well as frustrating, I think we should do some static streching before are wod as well as warm up.

    Good luck to Larry and his wife on the there new baby boy coming out sat, like it or not,(I heard the baby is already doing DU’s with the coard).

    WOD: 30min, rxd…Thanks to the Ohana vibe I was able to get through this one, didn’t think I was going to be able to make it through, but was glad I did. Special shout out to B, Scott and Larry for the push and the help with the kids, MUCH APPRECIATED, MAHALO!!

    WOD 27:30, This was a hard one for me as well as a little disappointing, first time really feeling the pregnancy by not being able to catch my breath. Glad I finished though.
