Wod:6 rounds for time of:

2 Squat Snatch (145/85)
4 Push Press or Push Jerks (145/85)
6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
200 Meter Run

Cool down: partner stretch

Major accident the other day. “I hope your ok Scott”

“all BS aside, no more dropping the dumbells from long distances if you can help it.(from below the knees should be ok) we need to take care of ours!!!!!

p.s. send Scott a get well card Im sure he would appreciate it.

    Squat snatch… Tried to drop under while in motion… Only put me on my ass once!

      I actually made it under all except that one, well i was under but just on my back rather than feet…

      Evening wod: Three sets Back Squats @ 225 … 15, 20, 25 reps
      Isolateral Leg Press 3 x 10 each leg @ 225
      1.5 mile Pack Hike (treadmill @ 15% incline)
      and one Tanker Fire

    Couldn’t drop under it either so I scaled to 95lbs to get my technique down.

    GREAT DAY AT UTC!! Challenging Spiderman moves to warmup and then cool WOD. Used 43 lb for Snatch Squat and ran all the 200 meters – even a little sprint at the end! 18 min. Nice partner stretch after and closed with some ab work with Scott and Mark and a nice young lady whose name I don’t know. THanks, Tony!!
