Squat snatch… Tried to drop under while in motion… Only put me on my ass once!
I actually made it under all except that one, well i was under but just on my back rather than feet…
Evening wod: Three sets Back Squats @ 225 … 15, 20, 25 reps
Isolateral Leg Press 3 x 10 each leg @ 225
1.5 mile Pack Hike (treadmill @ 15% incline)
and one Tanker Fire

GREAT DAY AT UTC!! Challenging Spiderman moves to warmup and then cool WOD. Used 43 lb for Snatch Squat and ran all the 200 meters – even a little sprint at the end! 18 min. Nice partner stretch after and closed with some ab work with Scott and Mark and a nice young lady whose name I don’t know. THanks, Tony!!
