185/95 pound barbell, Shoulder to overhead, 20 reps
40 Burpees (added feature: lateral burpees over the barbell used)
Partition as needed, any order.
“Scale the weight as needed,if you cant jump over the bar than scale down to reg burpees. Shoulder to overhead means, once you get the bar to your shoulder front or back, you will use any type of press to get over head with locked out arms for example: press,push press,push jerk.” - TG
