Power Snatch
Snatch Balance
Overhead Squat
Hanging Squat Snatch
30 Reps
95 lbs for guys and 65 lbs for girls BUT go as light as need be in order to do the movements correctly.
* the bar starts on the ground you do one POWER SNATCH you them lower the bar behind your neck and do one SNATCH BALANCE, stand up out of the snatch balance an do one OVERHEAD-SQUAT, lower the bar to the hang position and do one HANGING SQUAT SNATCH. That is one rep.

OMG! Just watched the Funny video…….EEEEEEEKS!!!! More like “disturbing video” Was 3 minutes into it and couldn’t watch it no more! The rounded backs……..UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was literally screamin, “Nooooooo!”
