AMRAP 20 min
5 dead lifts 225/165….did what I had at home 65
20 pushups…did the first 4 rounds off knees & the last 2 rounds on knees. (Taking your advise Tony & Jaz…trying my best to not modify) ARGH!!!! It’s tough!
200 m run….cheated a lil’ and used the treadmill at 6 speed
cool down: 10 knees to elbows….no bar at home so did knees to elbows on the floor if that makes any sense.
10 tire sit ups 10 hallow rocks….did the hallow rocks, but not sure if technique was right since I never did that before and just watched it on You Tube. Hee! Hee!
6 rounds and ended up finishing the dead lifts for part of the 7th round.
