coach tip: remember to use the hip drive for the cleans, it is way more efficient than pulling with the arms.

    Busy class today – UTC Warmup, then kettlebell swings – max for two minutes (32), 5 Turkish getups each side, then WOD (8:56 with 65lbs) and final 400 meter “warm down” run. WHEW!!! Thanks, Tony!!
