Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Notes

  • Use 70% of 1RM.
  • Use same weight for all work sets.
  • Focus of drive up.  Speed is key.
  • Rest 45-60 seconds between sets.

Rest 5 Minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 min. of:

15 back extensions

15 knee to elbows

15 overhead squats  95/65

    I love starting the week with a great workout!! Deadlifts 10 rounds at 70% !RM for form and speed. As rx’d @ 205 lbs.

    AMRAP for 15 back extensions, 15 Knees to elbows, 15 Overhead Squats in 10 min.
    Did 3 complete rounds with 45 lb OH Squats.

    15 overhead squats @ bar only

    5 rounds

    (note to self: on OVS, do better warm-up and keep to FORM to hit that full squat!)

    Deadlift 10×1 reps @ 165#

    Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 min. of:

    15 back extensions
    15 knee to elbows (did sit ups)
    15 overhead squats @ 45#

    4 rounds

    (note: on OHS, need to work on FORM to hit that full squat with weight, knees were feeling sore, need work on flexability)
