This was a great work out Tony! Too bad I messed it all up. I don’t know what the heck was going through my head, but I think I had combined all the olympic moves into one. I couldn’t figure out why it was killing me. The look in your eyes when you asked me, for the second time, “John, what are you doing?” reminded me of boot camp. Dysfuctional stress had set in and all I could mutter was, “I don’t know, sir!”
It is possible to teach an old dog new tricks, it just takes a lot of repetition and time. Thanks for always being patient with me!
