    I now know a great cure for a hangover – hanging upside down at UTC!! That’s the way to get blood to your head!! lol
    Today’ WOD 5 rounds RDL and Front Squats 7 reps followed by 200 m run.
    Weight 85lbs Time: 13:39

    7 romanian deadlifts
    7 front squats
    200 m run
    Time: 9:51:02

    I can do more weight on the romanian deadlifts, but did the W.O.D. at 50# because that’s the most I could do on front squats.

    Time: 7:17.6 but only did the 200m run at the end..not every round.
    Also did 5K 2 hours before WOD ( didn’t get time cuz stopwatch turned off at 13.49) daaaaamn!!!!

    Felt good to be running again, in a few months I will be able to run even more!!
