5 Rounds, rest 3 min. between rounds of:

20 pull ups (sub with 20 double under rope jump or 20 jump tucks)

30 pushups

40 situps

50 squats

post total time including rest period.

Scramble eggs with spinach,onions,tomatoes sprinkled with trader joe 21 seasoning and coconut water. mmmmmm!

    OMG!!!!!!!! I never wanna see that WOD AGAIN!!! EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEERRRRR!!!!!! LOL!
    Felt really sloooooooooow today! Slow and heavy! Everything felt off! 2nd round I wanted to be done! Push ups in the 5th round I wanted to cry! The Jump tucks….one word…pitiful! I felt like an elephant landing on the ground! LOL…but not! Nonetheless…the whole time I thought, “I gotta finish!”
    I’ll be honest as always…still workin my form on push ups and sit ups but as always..did the best I could and proud I finished!!!! That was a serious WOD!

    What the @#$%!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This WOD was fricken insane! I wanted to give up after the first round, but had to do it cus my sis finished it. I didn’t want to look like a weak sauce! I still suck @$$ when it comes to the pushups and situps! Gotta practice more on breathing techniques cus I started to get a headache. I did single jumpropes cus can’t do the double…..at least not right now. I can’t even do a single pull up! How sad is that?!

    Didn’t have time yesterday so I did the WOD today. OMG!!!! Ok gotta go throw up (rest) now.
