The hspus were killer… And 2 pood is a lot of pood!
6 rounds = 7 PU, 7 dips, 4 modified HSPU, 8 KB swings 35#. Finished 15 minutes
400 m run warm up with lateral jumps and 45lb plate carry overhead.
