I still need my arms as an assistance when doing sit ups! AARRRRRGGGHHH!!!!! I also didn’t do the warm up. I need specifics…ex. how many, etc or my lazy @$$ will either do 1, or none. Oops, did I just type that! My bad!

warm ups will be usually be some type of light cardio such as run,rope or bike followed by joint mobility warm up or calisthenics and some dynamic stretching.( you can be very creative here.) the goal is to get your blood flow going in every part of your so that your not like frozen rubberbands! skill work will be simply practicing movements, no real set number on these and not timed usually 5-10 reps thinking about all the little details on form of every movement at hand. hope that helps!!!!!

This took me forever to do! Lunges were a killer…OUCH!!!!!!
Is it just me???? But the workouts have been soooo brutal on my body that I have been knockin out at 8:00p.m. and still can’t get up to go to work!! WTH!!! I just hope I adjust soon!!
