After the first 80 Reps I scaled down to 95#. That was one of the most gnarly workouts for me that I have ever done. Thanks to WW, Tony, and Neal. I needed the extra push. Enlightening.
ooo, this is gonna be HARD!!!!!!! if that took you over 45 min- I will be doing constant burpees and they’lll stop me so they can close shop and go home
maybe he’ll have mercy and make it every 2/3 min instead!!!!
