For those of you that were close on those K to E’s yesterday but not quite there,take time to work on them before todays WOD and think about this: Once your knees are up as far as they can go contract you shoulders and lift your hips up till your knees touch your elbows. Let me know how that works?
Im thinking of incorporating a little self defense into our warm ups,what do you think?(boxing,jiujitsu,wrestling and street)
