lose 20 more lbs
Increase Crossfit totals by 10-15%
Join the Muscle Up club
Develop more stamina for running
and keep working with Tony and Wayne W 4 to 5 days a week through the year!!!

OMGosh!!! I SOOOOOO did not want to go in today, but having Tony for a partner was great! Thanx for being nice Tony!!!- all i imagined about today’s WOD was not good, but it turned out ok and i’m glad i went & didn’t chicken out
