What a way to start the week!! This was a great warm up, especially the pistols. Oh, not listed was the 5 minutes of jumping rope. I did the WOD in 11:30 with the following mods:
HSPU from a box
Jumping ring dips
knee push ups.
Usually I do the regular at this number – but my shoulders were TOAST!
