3-3-3-3-3 ( can not drop the bar, great test of grip strength)
As many rounds as possible in 15 Minutes of:
Run to the street and back (about 90 meters)
5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
10 Clapping Push Ups
15 Jumping Squats

I did the power squat cleans: 2 sets at 85 lbs, 2 sets at 95 lbs and 1 set at 100 lbs.
Warm up was practice cleans with 20 lb ball.
