  • 21 L Pull-ups
  • 40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
  • 21 L Pull-ups

The snatches are full squat snatches.

      the most important workout is the one that you didnt like. it gives us a reason to improve.

    This must have been one tough guy – cause his workout is really tough! We learned from Tony that better technique will improve times and reduce effort needed – good reason to acquire GOOD technique. I did 3 rounds with only one set of pullups for the last round.
    Time was 17:45 with a 20lb dumbbell. Thanks Tony and Wayne! Good to see Linzy at the class and kudos to all the ladies for showing the guys how to tough it out!!
