50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Also did the “Slightly Soiled” Twenty-Five
    Step up on Tire, 35lb KB, 10lb Wall Ball, Single Under Jump Rope – 11:40

    Technique practice on Kipping, 800 m run and lateral two person ball toss for warm up. Thanks Tony and Wayne for keeping it real! :)

    Oh the filthy fifty. Nothing like cracken 500 reps for time on a Friday. Is it wrong that I like this stuff?

    I think I need therapy.

    Hey Wayne and Tony, does UTC have shrink on staff or a hotline I can Call? LOL!

    Modifications: 25 ea.
    -Box Jumps = Step-ups
    -26lb KB swing
    -Back extensions = Good mornings w/bar #45
    -10lb Wall Ball
    -Dbl. Unders = 100m fast walk
    *Everything else as required.
    Time = 15.09

    Did required on everything except 10lb Wall Balls and singles on the jump rope.
