Step up on Tire, 35lb KB, 10lb Wall Ball, Single Under Jump Rope – 11:40
Technique practice on Kipping, 800 m run and lateral two person ball toss for warm up. Thanks Tony and Wayne for keeping it real!
Oh the filthy fifty. Nothing like cracken 500 reps for time on a Friday. Is it wrong that I like this stuff?

Did required on everything except 10lb Wall Balls and singles on the jump rope.
