Combination full and knee Push ups, Band pull ups. Previous was 13 rounds. Now I need to move away from the “modified” version. Warm up was 2 rounds of 200m run, 16 KB swings with 12KG bell, 10 squats and 10 good mornings. Great group at the class, lots of energy.

“Cindy” PR of 14 Rounds… To all the new people, the first time I did this WOD was the end of August and my squats were so bad I could only do 3 Rounds in 10 min. Be consistent and you will get better!! Thanks for the push this morn W!!
